Marie-Hélène Larouche, the founder of Cigale.vin, is originally from Montreal (Qc). Since moving to British Columbia in 2019, her goal is to make natural wines everyone’s go-to!

She first started her natural wine journey thanks to great friends and connoisseurs from Montreal, back in 2016. The idea of importing wines and sharing the joy of discovering new terroirs through wine, sustainably harvested & ethically produced sounded like a dream! Her curiosity and excitement lead her to visit vineyards on the beautiful island of Sicily where she had the Aha! moment.

In 2020, Marie-Hélène officially became a Wine Agent Importer in British Columbia. On top of launching the business, she completed both WSET Level 2 & 3 courses in 2020.

She would be happy to meet you and chat in French, Spanish, English.
